At Iron Maiden Blankets, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every handmade piece. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee designed to keep you confident in your purchase. This means you have 30 days after receiving your blanket to contact us with any concerns.

To qualify for review, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

All return requests must be approved before any items are sent back.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at ironmaidenblanks@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and work with you toward a fair resolution.

Handmade Item Disclaimer

Each Iron Maiden Blanket is handcrafted, meaning small variations in size or pattern are part of what makes every piece unique.

Minor dimension differences (1–2 cm) are normal and not considered defects.
Returns based solely on small sizing variations will not be eligible for review or refund.

However, if a blanket differs significantly from the listed dimensions (e.g., by 5–10 inches or more), please contact us for review.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or discounted products (all sale items are final)

  • Perishable, personal care, or hazardous materials

All sale items are final sale and strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different blanket or design, the fastest way is to place a new order. While we don’t process direct exchanges, our team will review any concerns about your original purchase to ensure your satisfaction.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. Your item must meet the same condition requirements listed above.

This right does not apply to sale or discounted items. All return requests remain subject to approval and eligibility verification.
